redevelopment of old Dalikhar Primary School as Trashi Yangtse Retreat Centre under Trashi Yangtse Dzongkhag and created condusive environment by planting hedges in and around the campus. it was solely done by scout leaderwhich was organized by Dzongkhag Education Office.
