In every October, KUKI group 1 & 13 Cub Packs of Saitama carry out the Red Feather Community Chest donation activity. Scout gives a red feather to a person who made a donation to wear it on chest. (In this time of year, you may found many people wearing this red feather in a town.) Calls for donation by scouts are conducted on October 10 in front of a big store of Kuki city.
