To observe Menstrual Hygiene Day, the lady teachers of tsenkharla created awareness on proper disposal of sanitary pads to the students and visited local communities to raise awareness on the environmental impact of poor sanitary waste management as part of the Red Dot Campaign. The lady teachers and a few girls talked and demonstrated how and where should the pads be disposed.
