on 11th november Tsangphuchen primary cub scouts went for reading picnic to join our nation to celebrate the 4th druk gyelpo jigme singye wangchuk our beloved king.To improve reading skills and to enhance academic performance. there were 81 participants including few Community base scouts and did for one whole day. our program starts from 8.00am till 4.00 pm.
