Since the concept of MOP reached to Yangchenphug Scouts Association the YSA is working in reaching the concept to the Scouts and general public. The Yangchenphug Scouts Association have started using the Prominent Sign of MOP  in the field of Scouting and on 27th April  during the Marching Scouts of Yangchenphug Scouts Association were prepared and marched with the respective flags including MOP flag. As we had the Commitment ceremony on 5th April the MoP was introduced to YSA formally since then YSA started working on it. The YSA is planning to have 5th April as the MOP day for the Association every year as it reached to YSA on this date. When the MOP sign was brought to the notice of general students all were pleased to see the flag and their curiosity was paid to them by giving brief idea about MOP. The annual athletic gathers the large number of audience and the Scout Executive proposed to have scout March pass with the Scout related flags and MOP and it was approved. For the first time scout had Scout Marching starting this year and will continue in future. The MOP flag will hold its firmness. The practicing started from 15th April. The MoP flag was brought and painted by the Scout Volunteers with fabric colors using the available resources. The flag was painted on 21st April on Sunday and other Scout Flags too. The Scouts started the practice of March pass with the basic of Scout drills with smartness and order from 15th April and had a series of practice session. The objectives to have the Scout March pass: for the promotion of Active Scouting toward the reaching of idea of MOP toward the accountability of Scouts   The guest of Honor for the Meet was His Royal Highness Prince Jigyel Ugyen Wangchuck, Dignitaries’ and officials from various sectors and some parents too. The Scout March pass was one of the most appreciated events with various flags and MOP as it was displayed on 27th April, 2013 on Saturday. The YSA is working to promote MOP mission with the vision to fulfill Scouting and self development laying the foundation at an individual level giving uprising to the benefits of all.
