Re-Orientation Course for Guide Wing

The Re-Orientation Course for Rajasthan State Trainers of Guide Wing was conducted at Bikaner from 4th-6th February, 2015 in which 13 Guide Trainers participated. The course was started with Flag and Integration Session. During the Course, all the important sessions i.e. Fundamental, Six Areas of Training, Influencing people, Value based Scouting, Training Administration, Skill, role and function of trainers etc were taken by trainers themselves just to refresh their knowledge. Flag Ceremony and Uniform were give importance. All the amendments in Rules, APRO III and Scheme of Training were informed to all the trainers. They were very happy to know about the recent changes. Information about all the Office Bearers of NHQ were also given with new posts and the name of the office bearers. All the trainers and staff appreciated the latest changes in regards to the No. of days for ROT and also appreciated the syllabus and the way of conducting the course. The course was conducted by R. K. Kaushik, Asst. Director with the help of Mrs. Kumud Mehra, ROC (G) incharge of Guide Wing, Mr. M. A. Pawar, Mr. Ganesh Pd. Gurjar, Ms. Ritu Sharma DOCs of Rajasthan state helped in the physical arrangements, Secretarial work and Audio Visiual Aids.
