5 Rover Scouts of Boy Scouts of the Philippines - Rover Circles United Circle 08 - Cabanatuan Council, in action this sunday as they assist on the roads to prevent road traffic and help pedestrians cross at barangay Quezon District Cabanatuan City. Rover Scouts sharing the advocacy on creating a better community through road safety. 

This aims to help everyone including the drivers, passengers, cyclists, commuters, and even pedestrians to take an effective part in following the rules and regulations that will surely help in securing our safety and to positively decrease the numerous vehicular accidents caused by unfamiliarity and lack of proper training. The most obvious reason why road safety is so important is that many lives are at stake when you're on the road. The potential for death or a serious injury is always a prominent risk when someone is not focused while driving. All it takes is a couple of seconds looking away from the road.
