A typhoon named ULYSSES hits the province of NUEVA ECIJA and unleashed powerful winds and heavy rains that destroyed low-lying areas of the different barangays in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. one of the most affected is in the barangay MATADERO, Cabanatuan City.

To help assist the victims of the typhoon Ulysses, The Rover Circles United Circle 08 of BSP-Cabanatuan City Council quickly responed by starting a 1st wave of donation drive of food reliefs for those families affected by typhoon #UlyssesPH at the low lying areas of Barangay Matadero, Cabanatuan City. the RCU08 conducted a feeding program in the barangay hall of the said affected barangay. the RCU08 quickly gathered relief donations from kind hearted individual for the families affected by the typhoon, the Circle was to gather 100 bags of relief, inside theres instant noodles, canned goods and rice. This activity was able to serve 100 families in the said area. Through this project RCU08 will show to those people affected that there are a lot of people who will be by their side during the times of catastrophe.
