First Rashtrapati Award Scout testing camp – 2014 of Northern Region has been started on 23rd Sept. 2014 at N.C.T.C., New Ashok Nagar Delhi 96. There are 61 Scouts, 05 Unit Leader and 05 Staff member from 05 States of Northern Region Participated in testing Camp I am Working as leader of the course.
