I borrowed Disaster Equipment from Dzongkhag to teach my scouts about different types of disaster equipment. We teach our scouts about scouting skills on ropes of i thought to give my my scouts a taste of rappelling and hand on practice of ropes. 100 Scouts participated in two different occasion Saturday and Sunday.
