Ramadan Food Drive 2025
As scouts of the Rajuk Uttara Model College Scout Group, we were determined to make Ramadan brighter for Uttara’s neediest. Seeing people struggle to afford iftar meals inspired us to live our scout values of kindness and service. We wanted to share food, spread joy, and show our community the power of caring. This project was our chance to step up, grow stronger, and make a real difference!
On March 9-10, 2025, we 25 scouts of the Rajuk Uttara Model College Scout Group jumped into action for this self-funded project! We collected donations from neighbors, bought food, and cooked over 350 iftar packets with heart and hustle. Despite tight resources, our teamwork kept us going. We delivered those meals to marginalized people in Uttara, sharing smiles and warmth that made every effort worth it!
This Ramadan Food Drive taught us, the Rajuk Uttara Model College Scout Group, that our scout spirit can change lives! We grew as leaders, learned to tackle challenges together, and saw how our kindness touched hearts. The gratitude we received fueled our passion for service, proving that even small acts can create big ripples.
