The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Alipurduar Division of N. F. Railway participate in a Rally to observe the World Thalassemia Day on 08/05/19 organised by Alipurduar district Social workers and Blood donors Association(Sabdo). The Rally was started from Alipurduar Sadar Hospital, Via Alipurduar Chowpathi and Mahakal Dham. And the Rally came to end in the same place where it started. After the Rally The Judgement of Poster making competition and quiz competition was started.
