Awareness and Recruitment of New Community Based Scouting Members from Damphu town, Tsirang. During the awareness program, the Deputy Governor graced the session in line with administrative activities therein. I conducted an awareness program on Community Based Scouting, the spirit of volunteering, the advantages of volunteering, and the present requirement of volunteers therein. In addition, i also briefly highlighted on some legal provisions relating to Human Rights, and provisions related to Civil Unrest, Criminal Nuisance and Fundamental Duties of Citizens. Seven participants came forth to volunteer as Community Based Scouting.
