Mongar Dzongkhag Scout Association conducted the 1st ever Kuengao badge Promotion camp from 11th-13th October coinciding with the Royal weeding Anniversary of 5th king.

Total of 200 scouts, 30 volunteers, 7 leadership scouts, 9 resource persons and 25 teachers participated in the 3 days camp.

The scouts were divided into 6 different sub camp and participated in bases like cultural base, Nature unfold, waste management,first aid, messenger of of peace etc. The scouts participated in the various activities starting from morning 5am till 10:30 PM.
