9 Scout leaders and 40 Y-via members of Mongar Hss and 30 teachers of Mongar Lss renderd their helping hands during the celebration of 'Independence Day of India' at Mongar Lss. They helped in reception of the chief guest and other officials, serving, waste management and arrangements. The program started from 8am and ended at 2pm.
