Proud to be the part of JOTI Special Edition 2k20 JID : Jaishwar Prajapat Scout User ID : 2756069 We hereby attended The Jamboree On The Air - Jamboree On The Internet (JOTA-JOTI) Special Edition from 3rd to 5th April , where in online we explored JOTI campsite many more things about Online safety , joti live , A B C quiz and KISC Quiz etc Beside that we also discussed through Many social media platforms with other states Rovers and Rangers about the Project #Sankalp by the Bharat Scouts and Guides India. We undergone clarification with each others about the project Sankalp by scout and guides. Today, young people in many countries are facing challenges in their local communities because of the spread of corona virus disease (COVID-19). Schools have closed and other activities have been put on hold. It is very important that all Scouts and young people stay safe by avoiding public spaces and crowded places, making sure to wash our hands regularly and following other good practices. But staying safe doesn't mean we can't have fun, continue learning or make new friends! In a time of crisis, millions of young people came together online to experience this special edition of JOTI - Jamboree on the Internet! This JOTI brought more than 100 activities on mental health, digital citizenship and humanitarian approaches to the homes of young people across the globe. At a challenging time of social distancing, JOTI enabled us all to connect together through chats, workshops, challenges, DJ parties and daily JOTI Live shows! The educational programme offered a safe space to cope and remain encouraged to continue being leaders of positive change. As with all our events, online safety was a key priority as keeping young people Safe from Harm remained at the forefront of the event, through standard measures, e-learnings and a number of sessions on being safe online. As youth, we are resilient, prepared, and eager to learn, and together we've turned this challenging time into an opportunity and connected millions of young people around the world in an online adventure for all! In the Jota Joti Jamboree by being Safe I also Connected and done a video call Live on Instagram to a Russian Guide Tanya and we had a great conversation ...... Shared are knowledge and we know the situation of their country about covid19 virus and shares the Information about what our central Governments Taking the steps to save lives from the pandemic Attack of Corona Virus. Also I show her my creativity, a Logo which I made it for my Divisional BSG Headquarter from which I also get appreciation from my ASOC Babu Singh ji Rajpurohit sir . I get a chance of second video call to her on 12 April & she tell me about that day as a Yuri Gagarin Day, Yuri's Night is an international celebration held every April 12 to commemorate milestones in space exploration. It is named for the first human to launch into space, Yuri Gagarin, who flew the Vostok 1 spaceship on April 12, 1961. She also tell that Yuri Gagarin was landend on their city on the same day April 12 in 1961 & that’s we get a good bonding together . I also get chance to get together through a video call to the Other States of Rover Ranger . We discuss about the steps taking by scout and guide by staying safe at home what role is playing by the scouts in the lockdown and With each other we have promise to do our level best towards the Project Sankalp and inspire others to do so ..... Am very greatful to everyone who had undergone video conference with me. Thank uh one and all The members of BSG India…. This time Special JOTI brings again an opportunity to bring Scouts of all over the world to connect on one place and gain many knowledgeable thing by the Activities and fun games, live video, DJ Party and other things.
