Project CHAMP (Community Health Advocates Mobilization Program) seeks to harness the Filipino youth’s passion in helping the society by engaging them to the different health-related projects in the provinces of MIMAROPA. Philippine – Leadership and Empowerment Alliance for Development, Inc. (PH-LEAD) targets to train a total of 480 Community Health Advocates (CHA) that will enable, engage and empower their respective communities in an effort to contribute in the attainment of the DOH’s “Kalusugan Pangkalahatan”.
