Scouts Victoria celebrated their focus on the Year of the Program 2016 by leaders and youth coming together for Section Conferences where leaders and youth collaborated on exploring Youth Leading, Adult Supporting and Plan, Do, Review. Activities were held indoor and outdoor with camp cooking and hiking to explore new environments. New program ideas were explored and new communication methods of collaboration were introduced. Leaders of Adults worked together to understand their support for Program.
