A fire was been broke out from a village near Dashiding HSS which has already damaged about 2acr of forest above the school and we the boys of Dashiding school have indulged in preventing the fire to expose more. It took around three days to stop the fire. It was quit risky but with the help of Dzongkhag forest department we have successfully occupied the fire to extend more. It was not reachable for the fire fighter water carrier to stop the fire so we have done it by basic instrument and local safety method, by making the fire line and concurring it by broken busses
