15 August 2020, Trincomalee, Sri Lanka
We take this Project with the advice of the Public Health Inspector of the project, Covid -19 as it was seen as a period of no Social spread.
Important to take preventive action to eliminate mosquito breeding sites and protect against mosquito bites to prevent dengue. I coordinate and lead my Scout Team member to this project at Our Lady of Perpetual Help church. We clean and remove what are the things that which help to eggs can survive.
Therefore, it is vital to keep neighbourhoods clean and free of receptacles that attract the dengue-carrying mosquitoes. Water storage tanks, flower pots and vases, garden fountains, birdbaths, fridge trays, water dispenser trays, broken cisterns, discarded bottles, tins, discarded tyres, coconut shells etc. are all possible sites
My team members actively worked hard and they have done a very good job. The father of Our Lady of Perpetual Help church said appreciation. we successfully have done this project guidance and advice of Public Health Inspector.
