Pre-HINEX Camp 2014 is closed University Malaysia Perlis rovermoot and camping. This program is held for 4 days at the university's main campus. There are 13 activities such as canoeing, lake crossing, mountain biking, horse riding, archery, blowpipe, orienteering and etc. have been done by a total of 550 rovers scout.
