The vision of of our king's to make a green Bhutan and a better choice for our youth.
The project was implemented in the school premises. First collected the samplings from different stake holders before the day of implementation. Then all the teachers and students gathered in the school on 2nd June, which is celebrated as Social forestry day. The samplings were divided among groups and also the areas to be planted.
125 students and 9 teaching faculties including principal, 3 supporting staff and 4 non-teaching staff, in total 141 participants participated in planting trees. They get fresh air to breath, shadow to save them from scorching sun and very important, they will understand the importance of planting trees.
From this event I learned the importance of team work for the success of the event. I was able to complete the task successfully due to the positive help from my friends and the students. So, team building is very important.
