
Plant Trees, Remove Weeds – Build a Greener Future
In the face of climate change, environmental degradation, and ecological imbalance, tree plantation is not just a responsibility—it is a necessity. We want to Build a Greener Future” on our campus of Siddheswari Girls’ College.
The primary objective of this project was to promote environmental sustainability, restore natural balance, and inspire fellow students to adopt eco-friendly practices.
This initiative taught me that trees do far more than beautify our surroundings—they prevent soil erosion, regulate climate, support biodiversity, and act as natural barriers against floods and storms. Most importantly, trees provide oxygen and food, making them essential for both life and livelihood.
Participating in the National Vitamin A Plus Campaign was a transformative learning experience that broadened my perspective on public health and community engagement. Through this initiative, I developed critical skills in team coordination, time management, and effective interpersonal communication. Working at a high-traffic vaccination center like the TSC, University of Dhaka, taught me how to remain organized, responsive, and compassionate under pressure.
