The Boy Scout of the Philippines, Council Bulacan, Outfit 193, has created an effort to help the Taal volcano victims. In a very small way, we donated Water to the Taal volcano victim. Despite the lack of money, we manage to gather enough money to buy and donate water to the victims, even though it is small donations, it will help hugely to the victims, because the lack of water in the area(the water is infected by the volcano ash, and it is very toxic because of the amount of Silica). We donate water to the victims to help, not because we want to, because we need to help the victims to survive in the harsh area. If you are a Filipino, consider donating to the victims.
