16 November 2018 - Persekutuan Pengakap Negara Brunei Darussalam (PPNBD) organised Safe From Harm Course for leaders and volunteers. The course are prerequisite for the leaders and volunteers for the upcoming 1st ASEAN Rover Moot that will be held from 12 till 17 December 2018.

The course conducted by Scout Commissioner for Research, Development and Adult Resources cum Course Director, Haji Matassim bin Haji Duraman and Executive Scout Officer, Zainudin bin Haji Ishak, 

Participants attended several sessions of the course which include "Why Safe From Harm", "Code of Conduct", "World Safe from Harm Policy", "Safe From Harm Case Studies", "Safe From Harm : Where Do We Stand in National Scouts Organizations", as well as Online Save from Harm Course.
