National Program Committee run a patrol leader course for cub scout, junior scout and senior scout at Kem Bukit Katil Melaka. The participant was a scout member from Negeri Sembilan, Johor, Perak and Melaka. The Closing Ceremony was done by National Chief Commissioner, Dato Mohamad Shahrum Osman.
