Scouts helping to guide to form the line the community to receive blessings from His Eminence Tang Rinpoche and sacred relics of Taktsela, Dangdung under Trongsa District. The Ceremony is observed as an annual event on every fifth day of the first lunar month. The scouts also left the place without any litters after the event. The area was cleaned thoroughly collecting all the litters.
