Good Governance: I and my members of Chithuen Troop, Damphu, attended the day long workshop. This last day of the workshop was specifically kept to formulate and draft the Community Based Scouting's (CBS)guidelines during the five days Globalizing MoP Network Bhutan in October 2017. During the workshop, three CBS members also joined in the troop. Director General Dasho Goling Tshering of Department of Youth and Sports (DYS) awarded the CBS scarf to the members invested. Also, the Nazhon Lamten Troop Leader Mr. Kinley Dorji received the merit award for his invaluable services rendered to Barshong community while Mr. Janchu Dorji was awarded the MoP scarf for his unprecedented services.
