Parents Day

20th November 2016 was Celebrated as Parents Day 1099 Students and 104 Staffs of College of Language and Culture Studies observed Parents' Day coinciding with the Descending Day of Lord Buddha in CLCS. The day began with the offering of butter lamps, offering of rituals(Netenchudrug) and blessings from Jetsen Dema (Tara) followed by speeches on how important our parents are, remarkable speech by Director General and then offering of Khardar and gifts to our two oldest couple (Agay Jambay and Angay Sithar) of Taktse as an appreciation and greatness for being the parents of Taktse. The program then followed with dances, mask dances and local zhay by the students and Staffs of CLCS.
