Successfully concluded a day long Parenting Education programme for the soldiers and their wives in Shaba Commando Wing. The program was focussed on providing good parenting skills such as developing and practicing positive discipline techniques, preventing substance abuse: Role of parents, Building relationships through effective communications, and divorce education: parenting through and after divorce. About 200 soldiers and their wives took part in the programme. It was facilitated by Mr. Ngawang Dorji, CDEO, Paro Dzongkhag, Mr. Tshochu, Dy. CDEO, Paro Dzongkhag and Mrs. Tshering Choki, School Guidance and Counsellor, Shaba HSS. The program was organised in collaboration with Nazhoen Lamtoen, Thimphu.
