Paracord Pet Leashes for Shelter Pets

Aime loves animals and wanted to assist a local animal shelter.

Aime collected 3200 feet of paracord, 187 pet collars, 29 bottles of bleach, and 46 bottles of dish soap and was able to make 157 paracord pet leashes. 30 Scouts and friends assembled all the pet leashes and donated all the materials to the local pet shelter.

The local pet shelter operates mostly on donated funds. Leashes and collars are the most expensive item. By providing the leashes and collars, the animal shelter was able to benefit over 150 animal adopters.

Aime learned alot about leadership and project management. She would have liked to make even more leashes for the shelter.
