Panagbenga it is an Festival in Baguio City were people come to visit and watch the awesome flowers of Baguio City. Every February 1 of the year. Panagbenga means growing of flowers in Baguio City after the parades of Panagbenga Session Road Is being close for the vendors of different places in the Philippines be able to put up their own stalls on the street. When the vendors are done on their stalls they display their products that is also very awesome and people can purchase the products. The best that you can see during Panagbenga Festival is the Hospitality of the Filipino people. I can say that Panagbenga is one of the best Festival in the Philippines because of Filipino hospitality and the awesome smiles of the Filipino people. But one of the number 1 problem of Baguio City during the Festival is the discipline of the people when it comes to trash/garbage. The people in Baguio just threw there trash everywhere even kids that should be disciplined by their parents they also threw trashes everywhere. But we as Scouts of Baguio we need to automatically pick the trashes and put it in their proper places. During the Panagbenga parades scouts from Baguio is ready to help in the programs that is being done during the parades. One problem of the Baguio scouts is again the discipline of the people because the other people forcing the Scouts to let them in even it is not really allowed. But as a scout we can find a way to solve the problem to reduce the problem,because we cant handle the lack of discipline of the people. But as a Scout we need to understand them.
