I visited a remote place called Toisang under Barshong Gewog and met with the public there. I net with the people and talked about the community vitality, fundamental rights and environmental laws including waste management. I came to learn about the climate change projects undertaken by ICIMOD including water harvesting system, gender friendly agriculture and live stock activities.
