The National Eagle Scouts Association of the Philippines (NESAPh) Valeriano Ibañez Abello Chapter No. 3 together with scouts from the Tacloban City Council participating in the Oplan Kaluluwa at the El Reposo Cemetery, Tacloban City. The eight (8) scouts have done cleaning in the cemetery in order to keep the cemetery clean and green.
