12 Rovers & Rangers of Garden Reach Scout/Guide Units rendered praiseworthy service during Operation Smile at Central Hospital Garden Reach, Kolkata. The above Programme was organised by SERly Central Hospital in collaboration with  the International Cleft Care Mission which held free cleft operation camp at Central Hospital, Garden Reach. The Rovers and Rangers assisted patients and thier relatives during the camp held from 19th to 28th Feb'2013
