Ogun State Scouts Council becomes Messengers of Peace Members

Thirty-Two Scouts and Leaders became Messengers of Peace at the just concluded Training at the State Scouts Headquarters at Akin Olugbade Road, Owu, Abeokuta, Ogun State of Nigeria. This first Pilot Training Messengers of Peace in Nigeria was attended and declared opened by the Chairman, Interim National Scout Committee of  Nigeria, Evangelist (Chief) Stephen A. Etanoma, and in the INC entourage was the INC National Secretary, Barrister Sulyman A. Umar. Notable Leaders of Nigeria Scouting that  participated in Ogun State Training   were: The State Scouts Commissioner, Pastor Richard Babatunde Bamidele, The Assistant State Scout Commissioner, Pastor Bamidele Akinsanya, Chief Solomon Adewuyi Kusimo of Ogun State Scout Council, Scouter Idowu Israel Esan, of Lagos State Scout Council, Host of other Scout Leaders and the Training Facilitator, Olori Omo-Oba Olusoga Sofolahan Atibioke of the Ondo State Scout Council. We wish Ogun State success as they commence MoP Projects on the Network.
