A total of 37 members of scouts and De-sung have volunteered for Nganglam dungkhag tshechu which was held from 3rd to 5th of March. It brings over thousands of devotees from all over the region to get   blessed for longevity,  peace and fruitful actions. During the Tshechu we the scouts in collaboration with police and De-sung were responsible for ensuring safety and  systamatic conducts of festival without single casuality. Moreover we helped the senior citizens, women and disabled people to witness the tshechu. We also rendered our hands in helping the cooks in preparing meals, managing waste, crowd control and transporting items to the particular place. By the day end we received appreciation and positive feedback from the public for our assistance and for outstanding participation in the events.
