The event was initiated by the Dnipropetrovsk regional branch of the National Organization of the Scouts of Ukraine, volunteers from the students' Dnepropetrovsk Pedagogical College and the chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council. So on the first day of summer 20 newcomers Scouts and Scout leaders made "Scout promise" and did their step on the path of Scouting. There were formed three scout patrols "Beavers," "Woodpeckers" and "Madagascar" and were given the tasks according to the scout educational program of the National Organization of the Scouts of Ukraine. Scout camp participants had the opportunity to learn how to use a tent, sleeping bag, compass, flashlight and others. We wish interesting development and scouting life.
