Dear friends, We are happy to announce that new scout troop called "Simurq" established with the support of Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan and administration of Baku school #23 named after National Hero of Azerbaijan Tahir Hasanov! All members are students of Baku school #23 which are study at 8-10 forms. Troop Leader is active scout of ASA, Fatima Aliyeva - 10th grade student. Another scout - supporter is Kanan Aliyev (10A form). We have to stress out that during all October 2015 Fatima made presentations on issue of scouting, it’s goals and values at all forms starting from 8 up to 11. Meetings with scout candidates and their parents had been held separately. So it helped to explain main purpose of organization in details answering all questions of children and their families and get final list of future scouts at the end. “SIMURQ” already held two meetings and trainings on November and December 2015. During trainings cubs got a chance to hear and learn about scout discipline, main basics, camp’ preparations, behavior and subordination as well as other issues. Second training had been held at new office of Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan. Special thanks to our teammates Farhan Aliyev, Muhammad Saqi and Farid Suleyman which supported during both trainings. So, just do not stay out and join us today!
