There is a Grand Function Of Swami Vivekanandha Maharaj @ on 5th January .The commitee of the function asked our troop to do service on that day . After getting the permission from our HM ,We started the work at Friday morning at 8.30 AM.First of all our scouts stated the campus cleaning .They washed the walls to remove the unwanted posters of the outer wall .Then the decorated the school with colour paper Thoranams .They helped the comitee in many ways at Saturday..They stayed in school all the night .At night time they do lot of works.They helped in writing certificates & arranging prizes. They wake up at early mornig ,Sunday ... & they get ready soon .They gave a warm welcome to the chief guest who come to Open the statue of Swami Vivekanandhaa .They serviced the public in many ways such as to show the way to exhibitin hall ,projecter hall , lunch hall and serve food ,give water .They also controll the crowd too. they were awareded by the commitee by give a memeto to the troop leader .the Commitee also gave certificateto all scouts .It is a wonderful oppertunity to our scouts to do a scervice in a community mela !
