National Duty for Sustainable Development

My motivation for this project . The National Duty Crowd Service is rooted in civic duty and devotion to our sacred Tshechu tradition. I am driven to ensure the safety, comfort, and peaceful experience of all devotees while keeping our sacred festival grounds clean. Ultimately, this project reflects my commitment to serving the community and fostering harmony through collective action.
This project deploys 200 De-suups, 100 Police, and 100 Scouts over three days for crowd control and cleanliness. The Police enforce entry checkpoints and spectator flow, Scouts usher families, and De-suups run waste-segregation stations and mobile cleanup sweeps. Daily site sweeps ensure public safety and leave the Tshechu grounds completely waste-free. And with full protection under saftey.
Role Clarity:-Clear task allocation among Police, De-suups, and Scouts prevented operational overlap during peak crowds. Proactive Sanitation:Mobile waste sweeps directly among spectators proved far more effective than relying on static bin stations. Joint Coordination:Daily multi-agency briefings ensured seamless communication, safety, and continuous cleanliness across all three days.
