YH Dato Dr Sharom bin Osman, Malaysia Chief Scout Commissioner was very active since Malaysia having very bad flood. He instruct all the scout member to help all the victim in anyway such as food, equipment, morality support, food and all necessary help they can provide. Until now more than 3000 scouts involve in the program which is lead by Prime Minister Department. Those who are involve in this program was very happy because this is the right time to give and show their sympathy and empathy to the nation. As a scout we have our responsible to the public specialty those who are in trouble. May god bless the flood victim and the helpers.
