The investiture ceremony is one of the most important part of scouting activities. In scouting the investiture ceremonies are conducted to welcome New member in scouting, recongnize one's achievements and to encourage self discipline. It was conducted by awarding membership badges and scarf for New scout. It was part of oath taking ceremony in which nachung scout take oath after they become member of nachung scout.
