Movember - Against prostate cancer
Movember is a combination of two words, November and mustache, and it is an annual event launched in this month and aims to raise awareness of men's health issues such as testicular cancer, blood pressure, suicide, laziness and lethargy, especially prostate cancer.. Movember encourages men to detect cancer early through conducting examinations.
And due to the lack of awareness of the disease, especially in our country, we decided to celebrate this event and introduce it and all its dangers
As scouts, we decided to launch this campaign in the garden of the Vogue Club in the city of Grombalia, in the state of Nabeul in the Republic of Tunisia, by presenting a workshop in which prostate cancer was identified, its factors, symptoms, how to prevent it, and finally, ways to detect it.
Followed by a craftsmanship workshop that includes the campaign logo.
The campaign received the approval of many people, especially the parents of the participants, as well as the users of social networking sites, by publishing the campaign pictures, due to their lack of knowledge of this disease despite its seriousness.
I learned how to communicate with the recipient and I will try to improve my skills by intensifying campaigns of this type or by providing workshops of the same type as well as improving the quality of content and how to present it each time.
