MORNING JOGGING EXERCISE

In our country most of us are not healthy because we only changed our life style and not our diet. If we do mourning exercise daily, it would not only help to fit in our diet but also has a positive impact on our mental health. Our health is our wealth, if our mental health is in proper condition, our physical health will be definitely healthy
We went on a morning jogging, outside the school boundary. We had our sir for our safety. We went for jogging for about 45mins and it was almost 7km. We gave a proper briefing before it started
More amount of calories might have been burned within a shorter period of time. They also knew, about the importance of jogging and the mental health. When they were asked about their feelings, they said that jogging really helps not only for mental health, but also to make our day successful.
When we go to jogging next time, if we had included walking meditation, it would really had help them. I have learn the importance of jogging and and importance of keeping our mind healthy
