Mission Trash
Mission Trash or #trashtag challenge: A challenged carried out all over Bhutan by volunteers wearing white T-shirts to keep our environment clean.
I organized the mission for Paro Dzongkhag with around 120 volunteers from Amonkora ( initiated by Mrs. Tenzin Yangzom) , Paro College of Education and a few volunteers from different schools and adults. We began our cleaning from 8:00 am on 30th March in white T-shirts ( Volunteers from Amonkora are in their green volunteer shirts) and ended our cleaning the next day with around 72 sags full of waste. We thoroughly cleaned the whole area of Paro town including every drains and holes.
Our lunch was sponsered by Amonkora and we received rubber glubs from few shopkeepers. Mineral water was also sponsered by the shopkeepers.
Special thanks to
Mrs. Tenzin Yangzom (Amonkora)
Sir. Sonam Dorji (Paro college of Education)
Youth Manager Sir. Kelzang Tenzin

Mr. Namgay Wangchuk (The founder of #trashtag challenge) for letting me organize the challenge for Paro Dzongkhag despite my age.
