This is a wave 2 Messengers of Peace promotion conducted by Penang Rover Secretariat during the days 2 nights 2013 JOTA-JOTI camp in Bukit Mertajam Scout District. In the camp, the participants not only need to attend the activity of Radio (JOTA) and Internet (JOTI) but also need to take part on the Messengers of Peace activity. The Messengers of Peace activity was designed in 3 phase for the participants, ie: (1) Briefing of the Messengers of Peace (2) Brainstorming session in group to come out a new Messengers of Peace project after listed the briefing and (3) create profile to scout.org. At the end of this promotion activity, they are total 700 scouts who attended the briefing, 127 scouts who are take part in brainstorming session and 30 Messengers of Peace new project. All this new Messenger of Peace project will be review by the Penang Rover Secretariat together with the Scouts Association of Malaysia, Penang State.
