BSP - Cabanatuan City Council - Messengers of Peace Project, 2nd Wave Community Pantry, at Barangay Quezon District, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. with the joint cooperation of KIWANIS INTERNATIONAL and BARANGAY OFFICE. participated by 5 Rover Scouts, on this project we were able to give away, Seeds, Vegetables, Canned Goods, Instant noodles, slippers for children, Clothtes, Biscuits and many more.
