The 21st New Zealand Scout Jamboree was seized as the perfect opportunity to begin national awareness of the Messengers of Peace initiative. Approximately 1,500 scouts and leaders from around New Zealand and the world, visited the Better Prepared tent; housing the Messengers of Peace display and presentation. Here, jamboree participants were given the theory behind Messengers of Peace and brainstormed ways that they could get involved.
