Teaching the Scouts use their mobile phones as a means for effective communication and internet browsing with intent to making them knowledgeable in the use of the Social network and to divert their attention from using the network from only watching and playing video and music. Equally developing their knowledge of communication and learning the skill of communication and being a true SCOUT that can report of events and relate to the responsibilities of Scouts in terms of SCOUTING and reporting back.
